Payment Methods
Products and their postage are paid at the time of ordering. Payment methods include credit cards and Finnish online payments (Paytrail).
Payment intermediation services
Visa and MasterCard are accepted as payment cards. Card details are transmitted to the payment intermediary via a secure connection (SSL). We do not store credit card details in our online shop database at any time.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is a payment intermediary service for online bank payments, provided in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The payment methods are:
- bank payments: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Aktia, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki
- Card payments: Visa, Mastercard

Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery methods
Orders to Finland and the Åland Islands and Estonia will be delivered by Post SmartShip pick-up delivery. SmartShip pickup is delivered to the pickup point of your choice when you place your order.
If you want the parcel to be delivered to the post office of your address, the parcel will be sent to your local address.
Small products can also be delivered domestically by letter post. There is no tracking code for the letter delivery method.
For international orders, we use Post's Priority parcel service and GLS delivery services in EU countries.
You can also pick up your order at Retronom's flagship store, Lönnrotinkatu 43, Helsinki, during opening hours. Payment can then be made by card or cash.

Delivery costs include postage and packaging.
Delivery time
We aim to dispatch orders within four working days of ordering.
Returning a faulty product
We check all products entering our online shop and inform you of any discrepancies in the product description. If a product is broken during delivery or if its condition does not match the product description, please contact us. All returns must always be agreed with the merchant in advance.
The complaint period is 14 days from the date of collection of the product. The best way to contact us is by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone on +358 50 38 88 382 . We will not reimburse the cost of the return, unless the return has first been agreed with us.
All orders are subject to a seven-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act for unopened packaging.

We pack the products you order carefully. If the shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us.
