This Privacy Policy covers the information contained in the register description pursuant to Section 10 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999).

2. PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER
The information in the register is used to manage orders and customer relations. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
3. THE GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING AND PROCESSING THE DATA
Customer data is collected and processed with the customer's consent.
4. CONTENT OF THE REGISTER
The customer register contains the following information about the customer:
- name,
- Address,
- phone number,
- email address.
No credit card or bank details are stored when you pay in the shop.
5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The information we receive from the customer is kept for as long as we continue to communicate with the customer. We will also retain contact information if it is expected that the contact will continue in the future in the form of purchase transactions. Information sent by email will also be retained in the email until we delete the oldest information from the email.
6. REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION
The regular sources of customer data are the company's website, email and information provided during a visit to the store.
7. REGULAR DISCLOSURES AND TRANSFERS OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU OR THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
No data from the customer register will be disclosed for processing to third parties inside or outside the EU/EEA.
8. PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION
8.1 Material printed on paper
Printed material on paper is generated in the form of printouts when sales orders are processed. Materials requiring storage are kept in locked premises. They are properly destroyed at the end of the processing and archiving period.
8.2 Electronic data
Data is stored and processed over a secure SSL connection. Access to the data requires a username and password entered in the interface and sufficient access rights. Access to and use of the data contained in the registers is restricted to predefined employees of the controller whose job description includes processing the data. Data in electronic form shall be kept in a technically secure manner. Physical access to the data is prevented by access control and other measures. Access is limited to those persons who need it for their job description.
9. RIGHT OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The data subject has the right to inspect and obtain copies of the personal data stored in the register. The request for inspection must be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail) to the controller.
10. CORRECTION OF INFORMATION
The controller shall correct, erase or complete personal data in the register which are inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete or out of date for the purposes of processing, on its own initiative or at the request of the data subject. The data subject shall contact the controller in writing in order to have the information corrected.
11. RIGHT OF INJUNCTION
The data subject has the right to explicitly prohibit the controller from processing data concerning him or her. The objection must be made in writing to the controller.
12. USE OF COOKIES
We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file sent to and stored on a user's computer that enables the website operator to identify frequent visitors to the website, facilitate visitor logins and allow the compilation of aggregate information about visitors. This feedback helps us to improve the content and security of our website. Cookies do not harm users' computers or files.
